    Full Job Description

    Primary duties are bookkeeping using quickbooks online, cash-flow management, efficiently overseeing day-to-day office operations that include but are not limited to, all bookkeeping, administrative assistance, customer service, order processing, shipping, and inventory management.

    The applicant must be able to work with people of diverse backgrounds and perspectives, must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and must have strong written and verbal communication skills. The Bookkeeper/Office Coordinator must possess a solid understanding of office procedures, proven Quickbooks online bookkeeping experience, and good knowledge of general accounting principles. We are looking for a bookkeeper skilled in Quickbooks Online who will manage all bookkeeping tasks and undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

    The ideal candidate will perform Quickbooks Online bookkeeping tasks, and is an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills who takes direction well while also exhibiting appropriate proactivity.

    You will be comfortable dealing with people, possess high level of email and phone customer service skill and possess the ability to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that bookkeeping and all office operations including inventory management, order placement and shipping are performed efficiently to provide support and efficiency for maximum value and growth of the organization.


    • Perform all bookkeeping tasks using quickbooks online

    • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

    • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems

    • Support company owner with various administrative tasks

    • Provide customer service support to wholesale and retail customers via email and phone

    • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)

    • Perform basic bookkeeping activities, update the accounting system, and provide cashflow reporting for management

    • Deal with customer complaints, issues, and feedback

    • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

    • Assist in vendor relationship management



    • Must possess proven experience as a bookkeeper using quickbooks online and as an office coordinator or in a similar role

    • Experience in customer service

    • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures

    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software

    • Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

    • Reliable with patience and professionalism

    • Associate’s/College degree; BS/BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus
